Copy of Bollywood film, Black (2005)

From the trailer, it looks like this movie is a scene-to-scene copy of Bollywood film "Black" which was released in 2005. What do you guys think?

Here's the link to Benim Dunyam (2013)'s trailer:

The credits say it's a remake of Black, but apparently the director of Black was unhappy that the production company sold the remake rights. Either way, both are retellings of the story of Helen Keller and her teacher Anne Sullivan (profiled in the book and film The Miracle Worker) which doesn't seem to have been mentioned anywhere. Helen Keller was born deaf and blind and was beaten by early teachers. Anne Sullivan came along and taught her to read lips and braille and how to understand the world. As Anne Sullivan got older, she began losing her memory and herself went blind. Helen Keller stayed by her side and helped her to read the newly revised braille language. There should be a mention of this story, which is a true story, at least in the credits for the Indian film.

It is not a secret. They already mention that at the beginning of the movie. The movie is adaptation of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Black.

Why are they makin' a copy of it?Why Turks? Why do you watch it at the cinemas?Don't attend and protest this!So one day, your producers will give up when they see low attendance.
And hey!Please "Beware of imitations",watch original!You'll more pleased,I'm sure.

I really can't understand why some people don't like other versions of a movie. It is like reading a book in different languages and making movies with original version is not a bad thing because there will be different actors. Dont you ever watch two plays with different players and different languages in different countries? It is not weird and of course they who made the movie declared that the original version is black.

So the Turks stole from Bollywood and Bollywood stole from Hollywood. Just watch "The Miracle Worker" about Helen Keller (who was a real person that was death and blind due to an illness she had as a child) and her teacher.
