Season 1 already over?
i'm assuming that they only made 13 episodes to start and are taking a break while they finish up another 13, but still...a 13 episode "season" seems kind of silly, especially when the second season starts over summer...

I don't suppose if anyone knows if they plan to continue after 26 episodes? There's not much of a main storyarc so I'm not terribly concerned about it dragging.

I'm sure season 2 will have a bit more of a story arc
shareI'm sad to see it already over, it was a blast from start to finish, so happy when I heard S2 would be here in July, don't want to go too long without the Dandy.
I'd say let's get through 26 before we hear anything about another additional 13. I had heard it's 26 and that's it before the series even started. If the quality remains high for season 2 and doesn't have an conclusive ending (even though they've already killed everyone 5 times) then I'd love a season 3.
personally, I hope it doesn't go past 26. Episodic shows tend to get boring at that point, but then again, Space Dandy does episodic better than most anime i've seen, so it could probably pull off being longer, but still...26 seems like the perfect length
