I'm talking about the REALLY bad ones, like "Bikini Vice Academy". I believe that's the name of it. It had three chicks, only two had prop guns, the third had to use her hand as a fake gun, and yes, CGI smoke came from her finger tip, as if she really shot a bullet from her trigger finger.

THAT movie on Cinemax looks like "Gone With The Wind" or "Ben Hur" compared to "Dark Moon Rising".
