Question from a non-Canadian

Hey, I'm from Belgium and recently this show has been added to the Fox network series.

I have a question. In the series you have for example Ursula who says "mmh, that cupboard is worth $250" and then the counter adds $250. But who decides if that is true? For all we know the cupboard is only worth $100...

Did I miss something in the rules, or is the right price is just whatever the guys claim?

Thanks for your insight!

For all we know, it's WORTHLESS; because, who is going to buy it, you know. Sure, it's a nice "cupboard" & you put-up an ad for it - and three months later, there are no takers.

^^ So, you gotta sell it - for $25-50 - or, it ends up in your garage, for - forever (lolz). Remember on Storage Wars: Texas, when we see Moe's garage (and house!) stacked-full with stuff - which is going nowhere, really.

(It's BULL that he's "in-love with wood" (rotflmao, BTW.) and doesn't wanna sell it, or something - he AND his wife need, both, they money and the space. :))

... Have you seen them all!? Jenny Grumbles may be the only person that's -somehow- managing., right?!

Did you see how Dave Hester went all-in and ended up losing his (father's??) store and business - his livelihood; IDK., may he had managed to dump it... Brandi Passante & Jarrod Schulz, he had put 'em so far into credit - they are probably divorced by now?.. Mary Padian had to move States...

The only thing keeping them (all) afloat was money from the shows, heh. ;-/
