My DVR was supposed to record all Extant2 episodes...how did it miss E7? Did it air on CBS?....WHY isn't it available on-demand?

Episode 6 was a 2 hours.The 2nd hour was episode 7

Yeah but CBS is blocking viewers who didn't DVR the 2nd hr. from getting it On-demand so they'll sign up for their frigging "Premium " CBS on demand service..so I'm s.o.l.
