The Hybrid boys were sleeping around and impregnate the human girls .And left the human Girls to take care the pregnancy on their own .

What about the Female Hybrid ?

We saw how Molly was under the Alien influence , during her blackout , she was picking up random guys and sleeping around .

If the Female Hybrid were like Molly , How many of them are pregnant ?

That's a pretty decent question. If the men could father children with human women then you'd think the women could mother children with human men. I don't know what the situation is now, but are there any women left now? I realize Molly is doing a turn sort of thing, but are there others that didn't get wiped out during the last episode other than the granddaughter?
