The characters are stupid... (spoilers)

So they force their way into the maze that leads to the server room and the first thing that I notice is that the tile in the center of the floor has a strange pattern on it. I didn't immediately think of the chess board, but I figured that the tiles would be unique and maybe they were marked on the map that Molly memorized. Yet it still takes these geniuses about 10+ minutes to notice them.

Then JD uses his last few shotgun shells to take out three heavily armed humanics. He sees that the shotgun is empty, says "dammit", drops the gun and takes out his pistol. Hey moron, there's all the firepower you could want lying on the floor less than six feet away from you!

Finally, there's the Molly/Molly2 standoff where JD has to decide which one is real and Molly just stands there like an idiot. Make your eyes glow, or take control of JD, or at the very least tell him something that Molly2 wouldn't know, like "I gave you my blood." No, just stand there and hope he makes the right guess.

The whole Mollybot pissed me off... she KNOWS there's an impersonator... and DOES NOTHING TO CHANGE HER APPEARANCE? She doesn't even get a different jacket!

I'm an idiot for wasting my time on this show - the writers and director treat us like idiots, and I watched the whole damn thing. I feel used. Excuse me while I go take a shower.

I was so disappointed by the last few episodes. It felt to me like one of those Lost type shows where it becomes obvious that they're just making it up as they go along, except this time it all went wrong at the end of the season 2. Such lazy pre-teen level plotting.

Why did the nanobots injected into the server kill all the humanichs who were clearly not physically connected to it? I don't even get what Taalr had to do with the humanichs anyway, 2 completely separate entities. Even little things like Molly opening the server port to put the nonobots in, how did she know to hold her hand over it to make a secret compartment automatically slide open? The whole thing thing was an exercise in primary school play-acting.

I had to laugh at the very end when we see that either the waitress misspelled the name "Tylor" as "Taalr" or else Taalr specifically told the waitress to spell it like that for no other reason than to literally spell out who he was to an assumed dumb audience. If Taalr could live inside a humanich and still be as smart and dangerous why wasn't it already doing so and living free as well as being inside the mainframe? Why were all humanichs not given the same software?

Why did it not occur to Molly and the gang that Ethan was a humanich and would die along with the rest of them with the killswitch? Why did Molly try to throw the killswitch away earlier on and run away if not to save Ethan if she didn't even realise at the time that Ethan would also die?
There's a hundred issues like that in the last 3 episodes, what went wrong with the writers!

Meh, i'm disappointed in myself for watching this the whole way through so just felt like venting a bit. I don't even feel better :P
