He was the best part of the movie.

Great to see him do a "Rock" and extend his range from action films into comedy. He did a great job of taking the piss out of Gym junkies in general.🐭

He also had a lot of guts baring as much as he did and doing a sex scene considering his clean cut WWE image (well as clean cut as a WWE image can be of course, lol). It is ironic that Amy Schumer or the director is of course making some sort of statement that a woman doesn't have to be naked in a sex scene while a man can be (which by the way when I realized this was being done on purpose it made me do the gesture where you fake vomit by sticking a finger in your open mouth)and that they chose Cena to be the guy who makes the point for them. Physically he clearly has the appearance to not be shy or miffed about it or to be fine with doing it but he did take a big risk with his reputation while Amy Schumer, who has had a reputation to show it off plenty (way more than Cena has ever come close to showing) in photo shoots, lied there nicely covered up.

John Cena was the funniest character in this film. I remember the cinema scene, he says something like, do u know what I like to do *beep* I like to lick them! Lol word probably censored here though

It was a funny premise, but I thought they weren't nearly as subtle as they could have been. It ruined it when they kept pointing out that he was being gay as if we couldn't tell from what he was saying.

I was very surprised by how good he was. I thought he was gonna be terrible (I didn't like his Parks and Rec cameo) but he knocked it out of the park.

reply

Yeah man, he rocked his part. Shows he ain't afraid to take a piss at himself. He passed that with flying colours.
