Best part of the film was the very beginning when the gang meet up because it felt like classic Scooby Doo but the rest of the film feels like some sci fy comedy animated film with the Scooby Doo brand slammed into it.
shareYes. Because it should always be the exact same thing of a guy dressed as a monster committing normal crimes forever and ever and never be anything else different! Also the first episode of Dyno Mutt years ago had Scooby and the whole gang in it so the movie isn't far fetched. More like you just hadn't seen that and want the same format that's been done so many other times it's not even funny now.
shareScooby Doo is literally about Mistery solving . If people watch Scooby Doo they expect a mistery and ghosts just like if people watch the Flintstones they expect cars made of rock and dinosaurs. They can keep having the thematic of Scooby Doo while giving it a new spin but this film after the first 15 minutes changed genre completely. They should have went with the Jetsons !

Also the 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo, Scooby Doo and the Ghoul School, Scooby Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf, Scooby Doo on Zombie Island, Scooby Doo and the Witch's Ghost, and Scooby Doo and the Alien Invaders all went against the Monster being a human man in a mask.
