Why did the fat man die?
The fat man ran, then stopped to look behind him, watching the terror and doom of Mecha Shark. When we see him again, he's laying on the ground coughing blood? This was beyond hilarious, but how did he die?

In the scene right before it, the Mecha-Shark brushes some buildings and lots of bricks and stone begin falling to the ground. Then, we switch to the man on the ground, obviously crushed by the bricks.
