Why no MPAA?

I think it's a little odd that they wouldn't get an MPAA rating for this... why?

Whachoo talking bout? It has an MPAA rating of PG-13.

Notice that you responded a year after I asked the question. It wasn't rated when I had originally asked it. :)
Also, just a random fact, I watched the PG-13 U.S. version and it's actually slightly different from the UK version. One F-word was removed. So the "X+Y" version of the film would be rated R, if it were released in the U.S. :)
