Very Good

Enjoyed the film really am a big fan if Asa Butterfield, think he is a teriffic young actor, he was very good in Ender's Game too.

Think they dealt with the autism very well, and is definately worth watching, this is coming from somebody who is also "on the spectrum" to the quote the film as well.

Felt really bad for Luke though, hopefully he could have tried again the next year or something, and maybe gotten in!

Anyway credit to the BBC for making this, and hopefully rasing awareness of the condition.

i didn't think it was anything special.

i did like how part of it was filmed in taiwan and the chinese characters actually spoke chinese.

i strongly disliked the political statement (chinese girl says "i wish china was more like taiwan"). i'm not saying i disagree, but it seemed like an infantile way to take a jab at china and totally unrealistic coming from a young girl in that situation.

i thought the ending was sappy and unrealistic and i don't believe autism or asperger's or whatever was portrayed particularly well. the idea that someone who has an aversion to tocuhing others could overcome that aversion after the concept of love is explained to him seems really unrealistic to me, maybe even insulting.

it wasn't all bad. the acting was good. but let's not overrate this.

I like the movie. They did a good job about autism. I cried at the end. I home the mom and the coach get to together in the future. I liked the part when he went to a support group.
