...WHAT?

What is this movie even about? Maybe it was due to the thick accents but I have watched it twice now and cannot fathom the plot. Was Six the devil just causing the deaths? What the hell was with the chief(?) coming in with freaking wire all over himself? Literally none of this made sense. The second viewing was with my friend and he didn't understand it at all. Other than the last scene where he is death/the devil/Satan and they kiss - none of this movie makes sense and its bothering me because I feel like I missed something... Please help don't just ridicule me.

1. The movie is about retribution, closure, free will, and justice.
2. Six was "the devil" i.e. Lucifer the fallen angel.
3. The wire was stigmata; in a fit of rage triggered by Six's matchstick-snapping chaos magic, he wrapped himself in it and went about thundering passages from the Bible, especially Rapture-related ones, to justify his impending killing spree.

If it's helpful at all, the film adheres to the Christian school of thought that everyone is a sinner and that repentance is the key to salvation. As an example, Caesar had a chance to save himself from being killed and his soul from being collected when Six coaxed him into confessing about the hit and run, but he screwed it up by blaming her at the last second for walking along a country road at night.

There's no reason for anyone to ridicule you. The movie depended on a few nuanced things and cultural barriers, mood during viewing, etc. could definitely influence your interpretation.

I like your interpretation, it makes a lot of sense. However, I think you are giving the filmmakers far more credit than they deserve.

Actually, Leylahanum's description above is spot on. I'm pleased he understood that was the intention.
