i was surprised i liked this movie as much as i do. i think (in part) it's because both horror films i just recently saw, IT FOLLOWS and SPRING, were such disappointments.

the cast is great in this. the characters are wonderfully F'd up. the gore is really well done. it's beautifully shot and it has a really good soundtrack.

Agreed on all accounts!
Really fun film and actually pretty intense in some parts.
And I don't say that often about horror films nowadays.
The 5.8 rating does this no justice at all.
This is easily a 6.5

I agree completely. I had no expectations from this film and I was pleasantly surprised all round. Liam Cunningham is awesome
