If you are out hunting them for sport, or really for almost any reason with a gun, then yes. You do realize murder is not something to be condoned, right? Even against criminals. Perhaps you might be able to have that excuse if they invaded your home, but this is clearly not the case here.

Then again, you prpbably live in your bubble and don't know what it's like living in certain parts of Mexico where there are no jobs, healthcare, or security. Innocent people are getting slaughtered by the Cartel and have to live n fear every day. If you were in that position, you would cross the border too.

Where does it stop? It's okay to kill people trying to cross over the border, then slowly more crimes are added to the list where capital punishment is a suitable answer.
shareYea. An average Joe jumping the border in order to see his kid deserves to be gunned down in the desert and left so that his family can never see him again or know what happened. Yep. Crossing the border illegally should be punishable by death. That's definitely a moral stance to take. You may not have ever hurt a fly, but jumping the border is illegal so they all deserved to be hunted down like animals and slaughtered for sport. The main chatacter was a real stand up guy. Such a good person with a big heart.
Yes, it's a crime. But, a crazy shooter doesn't get to decide that he is the judge, jury, and executioner. Not to use a cliché, but you can't right a wrong with another (even worse) wrong. If you're concerned that they are criminals, then they should be arrested and tried...
