Why do Americans think they are better than Mexicans?

Americans are lazy and fat, but they make five times more than Mexicans. Americans must share their stolen wealth with Mexicans so mexicans will make the same income as americans.
That would be fair.

We don't think we are better, we just don't want them sneaking across the border illegally, just like honest citizens of Mexico wouldn't want people sneaking in illegally from Guatemala or Honduras.

Because they are, and you're completely retarded and have never thought for yourself in your life. No sense draining Americans of their wealth just because Mexicans can't get their *beep* together.

US has been robbing Mexico for centuries. That's why US is so rich and Mexico so poor

I love history. You need to learn a bit more of it. Your claims are patently ridiculous, bordering on the absurd.

You realize the USA was rather rich before we even made any large deals, etc with Mexico, right? We had a great deal with the British, getting raw materials, shipping it back, we became a trade hub on the eastern seaboard. Eventually spreading inland, getting more of our natural wealth and after breaking off from from Britain, developing our own industrial centers. Which by the civil war, were already some of the best.

We had 90% of the worlds innovators, and had the best literacy rate in the world (on account of everyone wanting to read the bible, etc as a form of esteemed 'civil virtue' of the founding fathers philosophy, and people like the Puritans setting up the country) at one point. Let those stats sink in just a little bit.

And we never stole anything from Mexico. Besides, California really wasn't part of Mexico for very long before it was part of the Spanish Empire. Of which, the Spanish didn't really care all that much, until wanting to stop the spread of English influence.

And by the time we got California, it was already MOSTLY ENGLISH in population. Simply because most Mexicans/Spanish didn't really care for it.

Also, the Texans themselves didn't want to be a part of Mexico, because of their own bad agendas. The Indians didn't particularly care for that regime either, remember the Apache, etc wars on Mexico before the Mexican American war.

Then after we won it - because of (perhaps they were avoidable, but not necessarily wrong either. You remember the circumstances of the Texas dispute? Texas WANTED TO LEAVE. Mexico threatened the US with war if we accepted the territory as a new state. Sure, the treaty may have diplomatically helped the issue, but there were blunders on that on both parties. The war wasn't necessarily wrong to wage at all) the slave dispute, we pretty much gave up most of the land in victory anyway, on account that not wanting more slave states in the south, and if you look at the rhetoric of the day, the 'all of Mexico' crowd lost drastically. Land was not the intention.

That said, in the deal 90% of the people who had the option of leaving stayed, and still the majority (especially the likes in Texas) actually WANTED to be a part of the US at that point, given the state of Mexico (which was heading that way BEFORE US involvement, fyi), and the perks of being an American.

And we even ended up giving the Mexican government we just beat in a war fyi, some millions in money for places like California, NM, AZ, Texas. A lot of money back then.

In most wars, people don't give the losers the money.

NOTHING was stolen from Mexico back then. Nothing is being stolen now. Mexico is the third world country it is because of the Mexicans themselves. Don't blame us for the failures that were mounting throughout your history, before and after US got interested. Perhaps it also had to do with the types of people who came over, and the governments that were put in place at the time.

What do I mean by that? This will be about the establishment before either of them even got their independence from their mother countries. The US was really made by entrepreneurs who wanted to build businesses in independence (usually off of land ownership, the primary early wealth symbol in colonial America, and also, I should say especially off of cash crops and trade), governed by people who came over because of both religious and political reasons wanted to build a 'new world order (even on the back of the money), based on enlightenment ideals, etc that the Europeans both oppressed and never allowed to form in Europe. Things the Spanish crown for a long time didn't really want to put up with. The idea of making a perfect society, and they were largely left alone by the English crown, and they monopolized those ideas of freedom, etc unlike any other at the time, pushed education (why the literacy was higher than anywhere else), etc.

Compare that to the types of Europeans who came to Mexico... It was largely conquering Spanish, on hopes of fame and fortune. Then the crown really only wanted it to gain money, and interfered constantly, and really ruled by glory seekers (I probably should say quick, fabulously wealthy seekers) to its ruin when there was no more to be had. The catholic church tried to proselytize the Indians, etc as an important thing. But the purposes and design of society itself is entirely different. From the very birth and design standpoint itself shows why the Mexicans were always behind the US colonies. Types of people involved, liberties of the areas, education, etc.

Obviously you are not only a racist but a communist and a thief.

How exactly does wanting to enforce immigration laws against all illegal immigrants, not just Mexicans, mean that Americans think themselves superior?
