The only reason I finished watching it was because I wanted to see how it ended. Would I watch it again? Probably not. Is it the worst movie ever? No. It just could've been better is all.

You judgment of cinema is horrible. Blackout had exceptional character arcs and engaging dialogue. Bill Sage's performance was oscar worthy.
Quite possibly the best directorial effort on Louis Mandylor's part. He certainly should have won an academy award for this masterpiece. Quite possibly the best film of the 2000s, and may remain so for the entire century.

Great premise awful execution.
You didn't really care about the characters because everyone was either obnoxious or ridiculous.
I watched until the end to see what would happen but i regretted every minute.
