I just watched it, and here are my thaughts

very nice low budget supernatural flick. a writer has to share his new house with an old blind woman. SPOILER ALERT: this situation inspires him to write a horror story in which the house is haunted by a ghost of a woman who's been murdered by the old woman's daughter. on the down side, it is very predictable, but on the plus side, it gives you a great recipe for writing a ghost story, start with tow nights of poltergeist activities and nightmares, add a morning PA on the third day, followe it by a séance to uncover the truth, and finish with a big confrontation.
