Unintentionally funny?

First off, the bad guy of the movie, portrayed brilliantly by Noriaki Kamata, should have had way more screentime. His performance was hilarious.

The whole film really should have been a black comedy, as it already raises a few unintentional lolz throughout. But instead it takes itself way to seriously and goes for cheaply done gore shocks and a very clumsy revenge plot. The 'master' surgeon who trains a prostitute to fight etc, then clumsily inserts a large handgun inside her, is laughably done, and doesn't make sense. So many other ways of smuggling a gun without half killing someone in the process. Also, the tubby asian chick doesn't lose an ounce of weight during this supposedly rigorous training.

Anyways, watch it for some laughs and Noriaki Kamata's performance, if nothing else.

Sounds more like you think it is unintentionally serious, with is doubtful

fair play, though, bitch could throw a punch by the end. looks like the training paid off

I should probably say, despite some of the clumsy, cheesy and far fetched elements, it's a fun film which I enjoyed overall.

right on. i thought it was pretty cool. too much of the hitmen's constant expository commentary, though. could have used less of that

Could the OP explain the 'many other ways' 'the tubby asian chick' could have smuggled in a gun while naked?
Also, if you consider the svelte Asami to be tubby you must be dating a skeleton!

The guys allegedly a 'master surgeon' He could have used a smaller gun for a start, who's stripped down parts would fit in the two 'natural' orifices on a female. If he could hide a fresh surgery wound so easily, he could also hide a stitched together flesh pouch opening created within her abdomen instead of just slicing her open, which made no logical sense. I understand it was done for shock effect, but still doesn't stop it from being a bit daft! The chick was tubby, not saying she was fat or obese or even that being a bit tubby is unattractive, cos it's not.

Asami is not tubby by any stretch. But I don't think anything in this movie is meant to be taken seriously; it is ridiculous from beginning to end.

There was nothing "tubby" about her. You must like 'em anorexic. She was damn sexy in the nude.
