The head

I thought the same thing when watching it. Good movie otherwise. I guess it just made a nice ending that she could bring the guy his severed head. No way she could have relly done it though, unless he had a really loose head held on with match sticks or something.

Break the neck, stir the head left-right until the neck-bone-head really separated, then just slice the skin and flesh with the knife.
