shareI'm with you on that. I was thoroughly disappointed in the ending as there was no end. I found it to be nothing other than a complete waste of time.

shareI have to agree with TS, it's like a cross between The Thing and Donnie Darko. Sounds quite interesting but the thing is, it was just a very tedious movie where nothing happens. I watch all types of bad horror movies and there is usually 1 or 2 things that I find entertaining and worth a watch (if you're bored) but unfortuantely, I would not be able to recommend this to anyone. Very boring movie with a terrible non-ending.
shareI actually enjoyed most of the movie, though it was slow.. The deer thing talking to them was quite creepy.. I just thought it would go somewhere interesting but the non-ending pretty much ruined everything that came before.. One guy blows up the site, but the entity or whatever had already expressed that doing so would not end him, or stop him from existing.. Then the one survivor (who obviously was already affected by whatever was going on) ended up screwed, caught in a bear trap. I was waiting for the trap though, since it had been mentioned early on that bear traps were scattered all over the area. I guess if they were in fact afflicted with some kind of mutating bacteria, than maybe it was good he didn't make it back to civilization. Still couldn't believe that was the ending though..
shareI found it to be very disappointing, I saw the trailer ages ago and finally managed to buy a copy of the DVD online just recently. Well, sad to say it wasn't worth the wait for me, it seems like whenever some tension was starting to build it would jump to another scene (with the date cards up on the screen), thus ruining the suspense (in my opinion). The story to begin with was interesting but the result seemed confused & confusing and the ending...
This is not like "TV-only-better"... this is life.
