The figure animation is poor (amongst other things)


I know this is for children but as an older fan of the original I thought I'd give it a go.

One of the problems is that the figure animation is erratic at best. Sometimes their movements remind me of the green soldiers from Toy Story.

They just don't seem to fit in with the real models and backgrounds..

Music wise the rearrangement of the original score for the opening is dreadful and all the other music sounds bland in comparison to Barry Gray's wonderful music.

I also echo the comments of others - what the heck have they done to Brains - is this a politically correct version of Thunderbirds?

Basically there was no tension - excitement. A basic mistake was that they didn't allow us to get to know the characters in jeopardy so we just didn't care for them.

For very young children only I'm afraid (and it reminded me of the 2004 film disaster)
