Frakes did so much damage with his blathering dabble take on Thunderbirds. I really think, if it had been taken in a different direction, it could have developed into an exciting, adult-oriented, adventure/disaster movie franchise.

It think the script and story has more to blame than the direction of the film. He was probably given it all and told Polish that turd.
shareYes I'm sure he tried as he did a good job on Star Trek First Contact but the script he was sent was like a cross between Spy Kids and Fu Manchu.
sharethat movie was awfull but it's a guilty pleasure of mine, to watch it and laugh at all the mistakes it made..
the script was awfull, the bright colours awfull, the woe full lady p and that woman with the teeth...
it was a pantomime.
