Since they changed the hoods religion they needed to make someone else who is a good guy to avoid the trope of terrorists are all Islamic/Muslim etc etc.

no racism meant or implied if you think it is, it's purely a coincidence and you should shut up.

My theory on how Brains is an Indian is that one or both of his parents were Indians.

is it just me, but I seem to remember Brains's original stutter as being a little bit fun. Now it seems to have become an awkward illness.
