For those who have seen it

How is the gore, nudity, and overall story in general? Keep in mind I did enjoy he both Joy Rides and all the Wrong Turns up to the 4th

Pretty gory, there's nudity only in the first scene, if I am not mistaken, and the story is what you could expect from Joy Ride. However, it's executed horribly with laughable plot holes. The acting is disturbingly wooden and I am not sure they had time to edit some of the scenes, because the continuity doesn't make any sense. No doubt the worst Joy Ride and one of the worst horror sequels of all time.

They should have used the original Rusty Nail. The new Rusty Nail's voice doesn't sound as scary.

reply

yeah I agree, but I think even # 2 had a different voice.
The actor who was the voice in # 1 played on Monk as a detective.
his voice was perfect for it

nice movie(u see what 2 you expect to see)...more story less gore......5/10 for me.....

reply

Solid gore, nudity only in the opening scene, overall story is lacking and there are several scenes near the end that don't really make sense.

If you enjoyed WT3 & 4, though, you'll probably like this one, too.

vrdoljak and another use said some scenes don't make sense. Are you two referring to when they're at the junkyard opening the trunk and then you see the truck with the girl strapped to it? If so, I'm pretty sure that was meant to be a flashback.

reply

No, that's not what I was referring to. The flashback part was pretty obvious.
