My Face Hurt from Laughing!

Yes, this film is a spoof. So if you don't like spoofs, look elsewhere. As a fan of "The Hunger Games" and "The Hangover," trilogies,* I thought the way that the writers weaved the plots of these films together to be smart as well as hilarious. The concept not only works, but it leaves room for the movie to spoof dozens of other films and TV shows. (Cameos include reality TV actors, Muppets, and Tara Reid, to name a few.) The casting of the four main "Hangover" characters-- each meant to double the original actor-- is spot-on, especially Herbert Russell in Zach Galifianakis' role. I'm not sure which this movie has more of: humorous one-liners aimed at spoofing everything you've ever watched on a screen, or gratuitous nudity and jaw-droppingly raunchy jokes. If you are up for a mix of both and have a cocktail in hand, then this movie is for you! I can't wait to watch it again.
*Yes, I know "The Hunger Games" will be four films so don't go after me for that.

"I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you"

Unless you're hot, then we could go for a coffee.

There are only 2 things that can never be restored: The past and Christian Slater's career.

I couldn't agree more. I had never heard of it but found it on cable. Very entertaining! High and mighty movie snobs will absolutely hate it, but I thought it was hilarious.

But hands down, Scary Movie 1 is still the best spoof movie ever made! ;)

It depends if you count Airplane! as a spoof. If you do, it is hands down the best ever.
