I was watching this film and was really reminded of While You Were Sleeping. The confusion of families, being in the hospital, bonding with the family and realising what she was missing out on, falling for the guys brother. I like both films, did anyone else notice the similarities or get the same vibe from this film?

Yes, she must like to steal from Sandra Bullock. She's been in a movie with her so I can't imagine she wouldn't notice.
I thought some of the story was lame. You can sleep with a concussion. Such a wives tale.
This movie should have been titled "While You Weren't Sleeping" since they fell in love while they weren't allowed to sleep. I came here to post about the similarities but you beat me to it.
shareI was thinking that too as soon as Matt turned out to be Will's brother.. but in While You Were Sleeping she never actually dumped one brother for the other and for a while it seemed like that's what was inevitably going to happen in this movie.. which is kind of an uncool thing to do.. but it worked out and Alice didn't really do that either so it's all good.
