Florian is a very happy son when his dad isn't at home. He can dance around the house with his mother, wear crazy costumes and forget all his troubles. Unfortunately, Florian"s father has become frustrated with his son because he has two left hands, a much too big belly and is neither interested in sports nor girls. Despite the overwhelming tension, Florian"s mother keeps the family's fragile harmony in check. She protects her two men from each other until one terrible morning when the house of cards collapses and Florian"s mother vanishes from their lives. Now, father and son are left behind and must learn to cope and find common ground for their lives to return back to normal.
