About the english/chinese accent

I live in Box Hill (that's in Australia) and our suburb is the ''Second China", for want of a better description.

There are plenty of ABCs living here (ABC = australian born chinese, by the way) and they DO actually talk like this - more or less.

You have never been to Australia, nor outside of the USA I'll wager, that's certainly clear, so I wonder why you would make such an ill informed pronouncement?
