The concept seems rather similar. However, I don't know if it'll involve trying to avenge someone.

Aside from being two movies about vigilantes, can you elaborate on how they seem similar to you?

His wife is killed by a gang; her mother is killed by a gang.

He points his finger gun-like at the end of the first movie; she points her finger gun-like at the funeral.

He starts going into dangerous areas and taking out aggressors; she starts going into troubled towns and taking out aggressors.

The media billed him as the "Vigilante"; the cops called her a "vigilante".

I'm not sure. The only movie I can compare to Death Wish is "The Brave One" with Jodie Foster.

Very good revenge film - sleepers was another great revenge film .. That reminds me, much watch again ASAP

Is that movie similar to Death Wish and its sequels, like The Brave One?

In only that it is a revenge thriller about something completely different. It had a great cast.

If you like revenge flicks, there's also Harry Brown and Death Sentence.
