She sure does get into a lot of precarious situations
I liked the movie, but no one just stumbles on that many people who need to get killed.

That's what makes it fiction.
Cabot Cove, Maine or Sparta, Mississippi wouldn't have had the murder count they did in "Murder She Wrote" and "In the Heat of the Night" or Absaroka county, Wyoming in the current show "Longmire." But you go with it because it's necessary for the story.
