hy did the series producers bring back only Kotono Mitsuishi?

It would have been nice IMO if the other Sailor Moon actors - Keiko Han (Luna, Queen Beryl), Michie Tomizawa (Sailor Mars), Aya Hisakawa (Sailor Mercury), Rica Fukami (Sailor Venus), Emi Shinohara (Sailor Jupiter), Toru Furya (Tuxedo Mask), and all the other actors - were brought back for this revival.

Were they too busy, or unavailable for some other reason?

To be fair, most of the VAs are now in their 50s (minus Aya), so they probably were unavailable or had personal reasons.
