Rated Higher Than The 90's Anime...?

Wow. I like Crystal, but it just doesn't have the heart, depth or rewatchability of the original. I love the manga, but what is the point of simply animating the manga almost exactly...? Adapting it to this medium actually calls attention to some of it's flaws (i.e., characterization - or lack of). The original series had it's flaws, but at least it used it's filler episodes to deepen the characters, in particular promoting most of the villains above the station of cannon fodder.

Actually, I believe Classic, R and Stars have an 8.1 or 8.2 just like Crystal, SuperS has 8.2 while S has 7.9, which I find kinda odd as S is far superior to SuperS.

But I don't really take the ratings too seriously.

And I agree. I think that S was the strongest season of them all, actually.

Yes, Crystal has a score of 8,0 on IMDb.

Sailor Moon Stars on the other hand has 8,4 and Super S 8,2. Though I am surprised that the S season has 7,9.

7.9's around 8, so I'd say it's the same thing. But I'd probably switch SuperS and S around for ratings.

Looking back at it, Crystal doesn't deserve an 8.0 as a rating, considering how it's got two horrendous seasons followed by a third decent one, I say it deserves at least a 5.

Almost every episode of the original Japanese series has a rating of 6 or lower which I find odd. Trolls must be rating them down. So do your duty and go rate them all up!

Now Classic has a 7.9 along with Super. I still say Crystal doesn't deserve an 8.1, it still gets round about a 5.0 for me.
