Why no ambulance dog?

what if one of the residents is actually hurt beyond his basic first-aid capabilities? Considering these dogs take on the bulk of government services in the town I think it would make sense for them to recruit a dog with a proper medical degree.

Just thinking out loud here - while it's a good idea, for an ambulance to be useful wouldn't somebody have to get hurt? On this show people are always doing crazy things. But since it's a kids' cartoon you can't have people actually requiring medical attention as a result of those crazy things.

reply

Right? Especially considering first aid would likely be the most common call.

The wife, daughter and I were just watching the Everest intro episode, and I though of that when Jake almost falls off the cliff - "OK Pups! Lets go out and find Jake's body! Skye, you fly overhead and see if you can spot his corpse. Once we find it, Zuma - you use your winch to pull the body off the cliffside. Chase - you set up a roadblock and prevent bystanders from seeing his putrid corpse!"

If he was on Everest, his body wouldn't reach the putrification stage due to the sub-zero temperatures.

Marshall is the Ambulance and Medic pup. https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/51YRAiEG6iL.jpg
It's his alternate role just like Chase has with his Super-Spy role along with his Police role.

reply

Yeah that's true. I've seen Marshall swing the back doors open on that vehicle to reveal a fully equipped ambulance. He often administers first aid, also.
