I kind of thought it was her who killed her parents

I think after watching this the third time is when I realized that Lizzie's version of what happened had loopholes in it. It's easy I guess to think she was innocent by her appearance.

Are you talking about real life or this movie? It's clear by the end of this that Lizzie did do it. She whispers it to Emma.
