Why would he want to do that? I mean all that work, keeping up with the different women? Just for the thrill of it? The main character was gorgeous. Why would he want anyone else? And how could anyone think they could get away with that?

Well, duh. Now that I'm almost to the end, I know why. Guess that post was premature, lol. But the guy was crazy! And was taking her kid just so that he could pin the murder on her? What reason did he have to keep the kid alive, then?
