Reading out the names from the pulpit

The priest reading out the names of the renegade dancers to the congregation and saying he's doing it "with love" (HA) immediately reminded me of all the Texas lawmakers I've seen recently who claim to be closing the women's clinics "to protect women's health."

If you want The Church to be the only influence on your flock or you're opposed to abortion, then just be honest and say that. Even if I don't agree, I can respect a legitimate position.

Instead, the priest says Jimmy Gralton is the either/or option to Christ, i.e. the literal anti-Christ, and the conservative politicos say women can't have access to reproductive services because the janitor's closet being too small is a building code violation.

Nothing changes much with the lengths to which those in power will go for their own agendas.
