Real chip?
How did the chip work when Daniel Radcliffe checked it inside the filght despite being a fake one? Am I missing something!

Don't worry. I am missing lots of things, apparently. So the Octa launch was planned by the Eye so that the Horsemen could hijack the launch so that Mabry could hijack the hijack? And then supposedly the hi tech facility that housed the stick was also set up by the Eye as well? And the stick was probably invented by the Eye too? And then it was all the grand plan of the Eye to stage the fake plane at the end, even though it was the unwitting Horsemen who came up with the plan?
This movie was really badly written and edited. They explained nothing. There was no big reveal at the end because I'm still frankly very very confused.
I think you got it. There is this magical eye having all whatsoever powers thinking - oh its so boring. What to do, --- ok lets have some fun with some horsemen.
