Well in line with the theme of Herzog's film, this 90 second PSA will hopefully also help spread the message and wake people up to the dangers of distracted driving:

It might have been even more effective and disturbing had it simulated hitting a person, but that probably would have been too negative a connotation to have associated with the marketing plug at the end.

They should turn an experience like this into one of the required procedures for obtaining a driver's license.
