Caitlin has the shittiest power

The power of Frost is awesome don't get me wrong, but whats shitty about Caitlin's Frost power is she herself can't even use it. She blacks out and her alter ego takes control and uses it, then Caitlin wakes up like from a deep sleep after shes done.

So Caitlin can never really experience using actual powers she just blacks out while someone else does it. Just seems like a really shit deal, you have this awesome power inside you but YOU can't actually use it, you have to go to sleep while someone else uses it with your body.
