Are we ever gonna get a season villain that isn't a speedster?

Every single big villain this show has had they've all been speedsters, Reverse Flash, Zoom, now Savitar. I mean can we get some kind of villain who can be a threat to Barry without them having the same exact same power as him?

I mean whats next season's villain gonna be? Let me guess, a mysterious speedster with a really dark and demonic sounding voice whos identity wont be revealed until the last few episodes where its a shocking twist. I mean its getting kind of old.

I know having super speed gives Barry an advantage over alot of other powers, but there has to be some other power a big season villain can have that can be a threat to him.

Seriously. Maybe someone whose power is to nullify other metahuman powers, forcing Barry to face off with them as a normal human and use intellect and ingenuity to defeat them without relying on powers.

The Rogues Gallery should be a much bigger presence on this show then they are. Each member could easily be a Season Big Bad and build up to them joining up.

But no, every Season we get a different speedster. It's like they're trying to copy Reverse Flash from Season One.
