The producers should look to cast Jason Lee in some role in this series. Perhaps as the father of Jennifer's daughter or something along those lines? As a My Name is Earl fan it would be cool to see Jamie, Ethan, and Jason all in a sitcom together again.

Yes, I am a Raising Hope fan. I always enjoyed the My Name is Earl shout outs and reunion(s) they had. It's definitely too bad the show had to end.
Still though, I think it would be fun to see them all in a series together again. They all had great chemistry and worked really well together on MNIE. Maybe I'm asking for too much for them to reunite again, but I will still hold out hope.
It would be cool if Jason lee made a guest spot on the show as an old boyfriend of Jennifer.
