The daughter is so annoying!

I can't stand the Gretchen character. Why do so many girls in their teens to early 20s do that awful uptalk, where they make almost every sentence sound like it's a question? Add to that her over use of the word "like," plus the fact that she often sounds like she's talking through her nose and uses that creaky voice/vocal fry intonation, and I've taken to just pressing mute whenever she's on the screen. Other than that, I think it's a cute little show. I really like Jaime Pressly, so I'm rooting for her success. But I do wish they cast a different actress to play Gretchen.
