Is Seneschal gay? Is that why he seems to despise Ganja?

Besides she treating him like *beep* he does seem to not like her because he sees her as something intruding in his life. Some critics said he was obviously gay, but i still think there is some place for doubt if his probable attraction to doctor Green is the catalyst for his hatred of Ganja and not just her classist stand.
