This movie is terrible

Here's the shortened version.

Daughter: Mom, why didn't you get my call? Adam answered and said this. Also, Happy Birthday, I wish you hadn't left so late to go to the concert. We would have had fun.
Mom: Oh that's weird. I didn't get any of those messages. And that's not what Adam said happened.

There.

Yeah, makes even more sense than the eagles flying Frodo to Mt. Doom.

I thought the Eagles were great!

the daughter was kinda cheap snagging those leftover eggs. buy your own egg mcmuffin @ mickey d's!

today's special: shrimp ceviche!

if even one of the scenes would have had the proper reaction the movie would have been about an hour and a half shorter.

but the nurse man wasn't very smart. none of that would have worked if the movie had stuck to the route it started in. the daughter would have just had to have asked one question for him to be exposed.

You have to know of the targeted audience for these kinds of Afternoon Movie, which is what this one was billed as, appearing at 3:15pm on a Wednesday. Mainly it's targeted at older, retired people like me, who often take a nap while it's on anyway. The producers never intend such movies to become blockbusters. For an AM I thought it was above average compared to some of the dross that is churned out. Still only merited 2 stars in the TV guide, though.

I agree, this movie sucks. The only reason I finished watching was because Emily Osment was in it.

Try lowering your standards a bit next time you watch a Lifetime movie.

EO isn't that beautiful! She has pretty hands and flawless skin, but a "funny" jawline.

Your version sucks. I prefer the original

Seriously. It wouldn't have been that simple, though.

You're forgetting that we're seeing both sides of the story, the daughter isn't. She had her doubts though.

I've just watched it and it left me wondering "why". I kept thinking that there would be some sort of connection somewhere that connected Dana or her dead husband with something in his past. He didn't seem to stand to gain anything by killing her off so we are to believe that he just saw her and decided it would be fun to kill her??

Of course he was a messed up psychopath - I get that but it would have been a more satisfactory ending if she wasn't just a random victim and there was a reason for him choosing to kill her.

Maybe I missed something as I admit I was also on the computer while watching it.

I also didn't understand how they just dismissed the bit about why the mother never actually turned up for the Dixi Chics Concert. Surely that web of lies would have got the daughter suspicious that something wasn't right!!
