"Oy vey!" Seriously?!?

My kids love this show. I actually really like this show, too. But J.H.C. why did they make the criminal mastermind a fat Jew?!? I guess it's to their credit he hasn't demanded a pound of flesh from somebody (yet), but when he screamed "oy vey!" during some scene I couldn't believe my ears.
