. . . that on the day Cornwall is recognized as a separate ethnic minority the BBC get complaints about the language on 'Jamaica Inn'. Is this a publicity ploy on the part of the Cornish Tourist Board?

And "let's be fair to Cornwall" was a theme in W1A, the recent BBC production - about the BBC.
