Well probably both. He is a big stoner but yeah he always looks like that...

I've been there & seen it many times, you don't get eyes like that without reefer or being some variety of Asian.

Are you sure he's a big stoner? Just because you make movies about pot doesn't mean you are stoner, maybe he just looks stoned and therefore they cast him....oh wait he's friends with Seth Rogan, nevermind. haha. Seth is ALWAYS talking about pot so there is no question he is a pothead..a likable one though.

He was on the Howard Stern show a while back and actually said that he doesn't smoke pot at all. It's just a character that he often plays.

So what was he on here? He just failed miserably at delivering his lines and jokes and seemed pretty wasted the whole time.
