Best roaster of the night?

I just saw the roast on TV (it was a syndication show on Fox).
I have a similar list. Only difference is Bill Hader. I think he was very entertaining and clearly one of the best parts of the event, but doing a roast in a character seems like a major cop-out. To me a roast should be about making your jokes personally and delivering it to guest of honour.
Doing it in character is what SNL is for.

Best: Bill Hader, Jeff Ross, Natasha Leggero. Actually, though Bill was funny I agree with the poster above that you shouldn't roast as a character.

Everyone else (apart from Samberg) were okay, though as another poster mentioned on another thread, Ansari seemed very whiney.

Samberg was the worst.
