Was this the end to the franchise?

I really liked the Inbetweeners series. The first movie was alright, and the second one had it's moments (and obvious flaws), but was it really meant to end the franchise? I've tried searching to see if there was any news about a third movie coming out to at least give the boys a proper send off, since the second movie really does not do that, but some say yes, some say no there wont be one.

On a related note, what would you guys like to see for the final movie? I think it would be cool to see it focusing on after Simon and Will finished up university, and now one of the boys (Neil maybe?) is set to get married, so they go to Vegas to throw him a bachelor party.
